Our players were treated to a fantastic coaching session this week as we welcomed London Mavericks Super League mid-courter, Suzie Liverseidge.

Suzie delivered an engaging and insightful session, focusing on the efficiency of movement, the importance of feeders dictating the timing of delivery, and building attacking play through the court. As the session progressed, players developed their understanding of changing pace, holding defenders, and creating effective attacking opportunities.

The coaching was adapted across each age group, ensuring every player was challenged appropriately while maintaining a consistent focus on attacking movement and accurate feeding into the shooter. It was a valuable learning experience for all involved, with players benefiting from Suzie's knowledge and experience at the elite level.

The day was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone, and we would like to thank Suzie for sharing her expertise with our club.

The excitement continues next week as we welcome London Mavericks Assistant Coach, Mikki Austin, for another special coaching session. We can't wait to see what promises to be another fantastic session of learning and development.
