An excellent first game back showing strong pre-season preparation. Paige’s movement and feeds into the D were fantastic, while Aimee had an amazing regional debut, creating space and feeding beautifully as she brought the ball through court. Defensively, the team remained disciplined and alert, with Sam and Martha working tirelessly to produce some brilliant interceptions. Bronwyn helped form a strong defensive three grafting to force those errors, while Nick and Sarah did a great job keeping the opposition out of play and getting important tips to win back possession. Our shooters Mollie and Zoe stayed strong through different combinations and never wavered against a tough defence, and with Becky coming in and impressing in her first regional game. A great team performance, amazing support from the bench and a strong start to the 2026/2027 season!
