Comets v Kings Hill Jets

A bit of a tough start for the team before even getting to the court as the team had to manage numerous late unavailability of players due to illness and injury. The team of 7 who took to the court, did a great job, with a number of players playing out of position and in new combinations. The whole team put in a great effort with some strong attacking play and great turnovers in defence. At 10 goals down at half time, Comets had a change up of positions and Comets came out strong in the 3rd quarter to get within 5 goals Unfortunately our lack of consistency and unforced errors meant KHJ were able to pull away again to regain a strong lead.
The game ended with a 56-42 defeat for Comets
