We came out strong with good positioning & close marking of the opposition, we took a while to settle but won the first quarter by 2 goals. Into the second quarter and we found our groove, still needing to be more precise with our passes but edged a little further into the lead by 6 goals.
We maintained the lead in the third quarter but knew we needed to dig deep and push through the last quarter, and that they did.
The final quarter we pulled away and sealed a convincing win. The game was packed with some excellent interceptions, defensive control in the circle, the shooters worked tirelessly to score and the mid-court forced errors throughout.
