As a club we try to actively recognise the Duty of Care Guidelines published by All England Netball Association. A copy of the Duty of Care Guidelines can be obtained from the Club's Executive Committee on request, and is provided as a matter of course to all Officers of the Club.

Encourage children to participate for their enjoyment - do not force them.
Support your child's involvement and help them to enjoy their sport
Encourage children to learn the rules and to play within them.
Focus on the child's efforts and performance rather than on winning or losing.
Never punish or belittle a child for making a mistake or losing a game.
Encourage children to show good sporting spirit by applauding the good performances of all.
Respect Officials' decisions and teach children to do the same.
Discourage unfair play
Use correct and proper language at all times.
