Comets 48 – 26 Falcons

Our first Kent League match of the season saw Comets secure a 48–26 win against Falcons.
From the first whistle, Comets applied consistent pressure across the court, with everyone working hard for each other and putting in a strong team performance. The defensive unit created some great turnovers, while our attacking play was controlled and patient, allowing us to make the most of our opportunities.
As the first game of the new season, our coach Sue made some excellent tactical changes which gave us a great opportunity to try out some new combinations across the court, with everyone adapting well and working together throughout.
Comets continued to maintain the pressure from start to finish, building on our lead in each quarter and finishing the game strongly. A great team effort from everyone and a fantastic start to our Kent League campaign!
